LIVE REVIEW: Bad Breeding @ The Compass, Chester – 22 OCT 2014

October 26th 2014

Bad Breeding

Put it this way. Bad breeding ARE the compass. This band are a unity, a clenched fist in the face of mediocrity who carry style, attitude and intelligence without a care in the world?  When you are standing in an empty venue and the bands turns you into witness, there is no denying the capability and potential influential status in the making here. As statements go, they are it. The enigma. Bad Breeding are the reason live venues exist. They tore through a near empty venue where everything happened right before our eyes.

Bad Breeding live 2

Enough of that though. This is something in motion…. no need no further words except fear, awe and celebration. There is a God of music? Bad Breeding are the Dog of music (Be more Dog or Be more God?) and you need to experience this energy, this expression, this performance where it just feels right. (Everything in it’s Right Place) Bad Breeding take live to another level. I was lucky enough to see Nirvana perform and you don’t get this kind of excitement very often where magic and the unexpected are both in the mix. (and I don’t throw that around lightly) The atmosphere changes. Enough said here, live dates and links follow…..
